50 Graduate to be selected in Vodafone’s 2011 programme


With growing sales, Vodafone UK wants to hire more manpower. With the same demand in mind, Vodafone UK launched a new graduate programme in September 2010. They launched this graduate program for their 2011 openings. The graduate programme attracted more than 3,000 graduates to apply for the job but there is an opening for only 50 people in the company.

Vodafone is offering a lucrative annual salary of £25k to these graduates and require smart self starters for their company. They are looking for customers employees who can give the best service to their clients and make a difference in this speedy modern phase environment. The graduate programme will first select the customers based on an online test. Based on your performance you will be sent a confirmation email to progress to the next stage following which there will be a telephonic interview and so on.

The selected few will start work from the second and third weeks of March 2011. The selected graduates will first be given experience to work in one of the 400 retail outlets of Vodafone. Later, these graduates will be posted in their respective departments be it Human Resource, Accounts, Marketing, On Line, Technology or customer service. Based on their performance the best graduate at the end of one year will be offered permanent placement in the company.
